I will try to help here, but I do need some additional information. How are you controlling your output graphics? Will you be using the XPN Sequencer or will this be an automated/looped ticker output?
- If you are using XPN sequencer you will want to use XPN DataLinq to pull the vote data from SuperTicker. You can use BLADE from SuperTicker to generate the URL's for DataLinq.
- If you are running a ticker and using SuperTicker to build your Rundown; then can you confirm that in SuperTicker you are using the same tag names? (ie. ^Tag[CAN1_VOTE]A). Assuming that you are using the same names, I suspect that when you publish your project using Gears or ACE, it is not recognizing the tag names as any data type. Your scene might be coming into SuperTicker as a background. You might be able to work around this by creating a text object called ^choice.name so that Gears will recognize the scene as an election scene. You can keep this object hidden so it does not display anything.
Unfortunately, I do not have any samples for you to reference because your SuperTicker is 10 years old. SuperTicker was replaced long ago with Chameleon. Anyway, hope this info is enough to help get you going.
