  • 1.  Supported Cameras for Dashboard

    Is there a published list of available PTZ Cameras (in addition to Ross with Mfg/Model noted) that can be controlled or supported by Dashboard? Or is it possible that any device using VISCA can be controlled through Dashboard? Thanks.

    Hi Steve,

    The official list of supported cameras corresponds exactly to the list presented in the DashBoard dropdown menu when adding a camera.

    Cameras not explicitly listed may still function correctly if they are technically comparable to one of the supported models. In particular, cameras that support standard PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) control and full preset functionality are generally compatible.
