  • 1.  Talley lights stopped working on all my Cameras

    I reached out to the Ross Community with a simple question regarding our Talley light problem.

    Environment -  Long Beach City College Studio - Class Environment  

    When transitioning from preview to program my talley lights on  all my cameras stopped lighting up.  

    I checked all the camera settings and the talley is enabled.

    Is there a setting in the Carbonite configuration that controls the talley control to the CCU/RCU units?

    Can someone assist  me with best practice step by step troubleshooting test instructions to isolate this problem?

    Without knowing how the system Tally is being wired from the switcher to the cameras it is not possible to point you to instructions.

    Are the tally driven by tally connections from the CCU to the Switcher tally port?  Or is the system Driven by IP Tally interface?

    You probably will need to look at the system design drawings and maybe contact the integrator the installed the system if you can't find the design drawings.

    Also you list Carbonite however not which specific model of carbonite it is -- for the Tally or IP Tally there will be a different set of manual links to review based on that as well.
