  • 1.  TD1C Failing to Start Network Configuration

    Posted 20 days ago

    Hi there,

I'm currently dealing with a TD1C that will not store or retain its network configuration settings. If the network settings are updated, the device does not come online and these settings are cleared to 0.0.0.0 etc upon rebooting.

The cable and switch port have been tested and are in working order. Interestingly enough, when the TouchDrive is shutdown from the control screen yet not physically turned off, the activity lights on the back of the device and the data switch then being to operate. They also come on briefly as the device powers on. In both these circumstances I am unable to ping or add the device to Dashboard. I have a Graphite which is working on this network and this TouchDrive has worked fine with it in the past.

Please see the attached picture from the boot up as reference. I had a look but I was unable to find where to access the .service file.

    Hi Rory,

You might want to try to do an upgrade on the switcher and if that is not working for for a full recovery of the panel (that will require making a bootable USB and accessing the Bios to boot from that and recover the full install)
    https://rossvideo.community/viewdocument/touchdrive-v331-software-download
Software downloads links and recovery links.

I would also recommend opening a ticket with support so they can help you work through it.
