  • 1.  TD3s Panel Internal Dashboard not showing thumbnails in Frame Mems or Media Player

    Working at a facility today with a TD3s panel.  Panel Internal Dashboard does not show thumbnails in Frame Mems, Media Wipes on Live Assit tab or Clip Payer.

    However,  I can see thumbnail pics for everything with dashboard opened in a laptop.

    Thoughts?

    I would suggest logging a ticket with Tech Support so that they can help pull some logs from the panel.

    Did you try closing DashBoard on the panel (it will auto relaunch) or rebooting the panel?  Event he Button Icons for transport controls is not showing.

    Yes tried rebooting Dashboard, panel and the switcher.
    I'll be back at the facility later this week and will connect with tech support.
