We are experiencing an issue where the camera intermittently loses sync and then locks again.
Our setup includes two OpenGear frames with multiple DA cards. One OpenGear frame is installed in the server room, and the other is in the studio. The camera is connected to a DA card in the studio OpenGear frame, which receives its reference signal from the OpenGear frame in the server room.
The issue occurs when the camera receives the reference through the studio OpenGear frame. However, if we connect the reference signal directly from the server room to the camera, it works normally without any sync loss.
As part of our troubleshooting, we have already replaced both the OpenGear frame and the DA card, but the issue still persists.
Could you please help us identify the possible root cause and suggest a solution?
