Hi Joe,
In this case, the relevant clue is ROUTERFAILED, which means the Thumbnail Server has received the Thumbnail Grab request, but is failing to switch the router output that feeds the BlackMagic capture card. This by definition causes the thumbnail capture attempt to fail, thus the error message you see.
There are a couple factors that could contribute to this failure, but since you indicate it used to work, I'd ask what changed recently.
If you point a web browser to
http://192.168.0.100:3000/, (substitute the IP address with the IP of your Robotics Server) you should be able to dig around and see whether the Routing Server is connected to the router. Most deployments have a single "ROUTER1" driver configured.

Subject: Thumbnail Creation Error in Smart Shell
When creating or updating a Preset in Smartshell, I get an error that says the Thumbnail server encountered an issue. (Screenshot Attached).
It's a Blackmagic capture card and I can verify the feed is coming in correctly and Smartshell is switching it properly when i switch cameras. Currently coming in at 1080p 50.
It used to work but unsure why it doesn't now.
Any help would be much appreciated.
