I've built a logo w/time&temp bug for our news show. The time widget is great! I don't have to worry about it. However, I'm struggling the temp piece of it. I've created a RSS/HTML datalinq to weather.gov and identified the field in the code that has the current temp. However, it doesn't seem to always update throughout the day. Is there a better way to do this or is there something I'm missing?

Have you tried using a static URL type? I don't see any macros or datalinqkeys in your URL.

FYI, NOAA has an RSS feed that you will find easier to navigate. Instead of lat/long it uses the weather station id:

    https://w1.weather.gov/xml/current_obs/KFYV.xml

However, I have noticed the RSS feeds tends to lag behind then main web page. Personally, I prefer
    openweathermap.org.

(*Click on that link then view page source to see the xml.)
