  • 1.  Touchdrive and Acuity

    I updated my Touchdrive yesterday and was trying to control my Acuity. I followed the directions in the online manual but when I went to configuration for the panel I do not see "Switch to Acuity mode." Is there a step I'm missing?

    Acuity or Ultrix Acuity?

    Did you upgrade the panel including the "dual boot" OS installation that required a bootable USB or just did the version 15 upgrade?

    awesome to hear!!..

    Yes if you did not have a need to flip between Ultrix Acuity and Carbonite/Graphite switchers then you could just upgrade the version 1.5 of TD..  However to do the Flipping we need to install a new OS (all new from Factory will have it already installed)..
