Today I tried to enter the BIOS on another panel. I succeeded. I noticed that the power on the USB connectors is there as soon as I turn on the power on the panel. In the situation with the client, the power on the USB appears later, when it is no longer possible to enter the BIOS.
Perhaps the "Fast BIOS" option is enabled in this problematic panel. For the future, is it possible to solve this issue so that there are no problems later?
The client opened the problematic part of the panel and saw that one cable was not connected.
After connecting and assembling the panel, turning on the panel - the problem disappeared.

Hello Les.
Thanks for the answer.
This is a new panel. This panel is in the process of installation. The client has not started working on it yet.
After turning on, the panel worked fine. Then, after a few days, this panel stopped loading.
I did open a case. The command "fsck -y /dev/sda6" helped.
After that, a problem appeared - one touch display not responding.
I have already opened a case in technical support. But so far there is no positive result. The proposed RMA for the device is not a good option for us.
The client does not react at all when he presses "DEL" to enter the BIOS.
Is it possible that the "Fast Boot" function is enabled in the BIOS and therefore there is no detection of external devices (in this case, the keyboard)?
How else can I change the boot source (in this case, the bootable USB)?

You would be best to open a ticket with Support.
if the modules are not working then there is an issue. As for entering the bios -- I plug a usb keyboard into the rear USB ports on the back and after pressing the power switch I continue to press DEL key until it enters the BIOS.

Hello.
The client has a TD Panel.
The problem is that one section on the panel does not work as a "TouchScreen". There is an indication, but when I press the screen, there is no reaction.
When passing diagnostics - "Happy Test" - the same reaction - no action when I press the screen.
There is an option to do the "td-recovery" procedure.
This procedure has actions that involve entering the BIOS and selecting a bootable USB.
The client cannot enter the BIOS. He tried many options of pressing different buttons (F7, F2, F10, esc, Del) during boot to enter the BIOS. The result is no reaction, the TD Panel continues to boot as standard.
According to the client - there is no indication on the keyboard when he needs to press a button. The indication (and, presumably, the functionality of the keyboard) appears after the TD Panel has started loading.
I hope the community will help in solving the problem.
