  • 1.  TouchDrive randomly reloading pages

    Hi there,

    We have a Carbonite Ultra (9.1.10.15755) with Touchdrive (3.2.0 build 578) and recently the Dashboard has started randomly reloading the page it's on (the barber's pole appears and the page rebuilds). Yesterday for example this happened 8 times, it's a little disconcerting for the operators. Has anyone ever seen this before?

    Hi Andrew,

    I've experienced the same issues with our Carbonite Ultra. It was solved doing an Ultra upgrade. My advice is to contact support and open a ticket, and they will recommend you a version compatible with your setup (if you also have Caprica or not) and guide you with the upgrade.
