  • 1.  Touchdrive/Ultra panel blacking out at end of T Bar move

     We have a Carbonite Ultra (9.1.10.15755) with Touchdrive (3.2.0 build 578)  - we have had a few issues where the final move of the day is done on the main ME T bar - and at the end of the move all the lights on the panel go out? They quickly come back but this is a bit heart stopping for the operator. Is anyone else aware of this problem?

    Hi Andrew,

    This is not something that I have ever seen and I can understand it being worrying. It is possible to Calibrate/Re-Calibrate the Fader arm but I cannot see that this would help you situation. This behaviour, coupled with your other issue, is a strange. Could you please contact TechSupport@rossvideo.com for help.
