Is it possible to factory reset the Tria+? No one here seems to know the administrator password to it and I can't access the general settings to look at the configuration

Hi Jeremy,

There is no 'master reset' to factory settings available on TRIA+.

However, you can change the configuration of the machine by opening up the 'TRIA Config' application and making your required channel settings there.

I hope that this means that you are able to make your required settings and changes.

You only really need the Administrator Access password in the TRIA Explorer application if you are going to make moderately drastic changes.
