  • 1.  Tria Clip Export Button Grayed Out

    Hello,
    I am looking to export a clip from Tria's Clip Library. When I select the clip I want to export, the button to export is grayed out. However, other clips in my library I am able to export. What would be the reason for specific clips not being able to export?

    Hello William,

    Can you try to select your clip in the Clip Library and right click on it. Do you see the export button grayed out there?
    If not, I see that you are selected on Local & Remote in the Clip Library. Are you trying to export a clip that was recorded in another Tria? Or maybe recorded in a different format?

    Hi Isabelle,

    I found out the reason I couldn't export the clip was because I had the clip loaded into a Tria channel. Once I ejected the clip from the channel I was able to export.
