    Hi, there. 
    We do have RossVideo Switchers , and one of them is Carbonite Black Plus. I would like to connect TSL UMD with Multiviewer. The multiviewer is Harris 6822+ QVM6800+ and support TSL , TSL 4.0 and TSL 5.0 . As I read through the manual of Carbonite Black it supports TSL 3.1 and I was wondering will it be communicate with the multiviewer that does support TSL , TSL 4.0 and TSL 5.0 so as to send Source Name to the Multiviewer ? or the both equipment must be TSL 3.1 ?

    Hi Shamil,

    Only version 3.1 is supported by Carbonite and Carbonite Black.  You will need an external system that can translate them.

    Not sure if it will do exactly this but there is a community project called Tally Arbiter that might suit your needs.

    If not you could look into our TSI 4000 Tally Management system.
