    Hello, today we lost connectivity with the Ultrix matrix and proceeded to restart it. After this, we attempted to make an assignment change for the Ultriscape layouts, but the Head Selection window appears empty, which prevents me from making these changes. Is there a solution to this issue? Thanks.

    Guillermo, I would call the support line immediately and get someone from technical support to help you out. You will get much quicker assistance that way. I'm not sure where you are located, but here are a few numbers and the general email to use:
