  • 1.  Ultrisync UHD_ I can only use 6/8, not sure why?

    Hey Team

    I have a problem and I am not sure why, our Ultrix UHD Sync, Ultrisync says I have 8 Syncs to use, but nfortunetly I am only allowed to use 6. 

    Basically I untick all the boxes, the counter sits at 2/8. I use 6, counter goes up to 8/8. 

    Thoughts? maybe the two are locked to 2 specific inputs, I am just not sure which Inputs.

    Hi Brian,

     

    It would be the best if you contact TechSupport or fill the form on THIS link.

    This could be easily fixed once you allow remote access to your Ultrix system, preferably by TeamViewer. Once this is fixed, you will have to reboot the Ultrix, so please plan some maintenance window before you proceed with fixing the problem.
