For others looking at this thread - I contacted support and they had to manually configure my NTP server via SSH to the Ultritouch. This cannot be done user-side for now. A feature request was submitted.

We have this same problem. The Ultritouch does not reference the NTP settings set on the Ultrix. It is only referencing the internal clock of the Ultritouch, which is what Stewart is asking.

The Dashboard panel does not offer any NTP server address configuration.

How do I change the internal clock on the Ultritouch and/or can the Ultritouch accept NTP data?
When I upload a custom panel that includes a working "simple clock" that displays the current time, the Ultritouch shows a different time, which leads me to believe the internal clock of the device is set differently.
