I have a silly question... I can't remember how to update a Ultritouch panel. 

I know that there is a upload button in dashboard interface. but Where can I found the .ZIP to upload to? 

does someone have a procedure ? 

version needed is 9.8.1 2024-01-26 T15:09

Normally we keep all Ultritouch software on our product downloads page, but it looks like the latest version on 9.5

If you send an email to Technical support we can get you the version you are looking for. 

Ill also look into updating the website.

your best bet is to send an email to technical support with the details of what you have (panel types, ultrix frame) and they can get you the correct software. 

we are changing the way we provide software on the support portal soon.
