  • 1.  Ultrix Acuity Masks

    Hello Everyone, 

    I got a Ultrix Acuity 3ME V13.0b

    I have an issue with the mask function but probably I miss something. 

    I try to enable a mask on a keyer

    (for the test I'm in HD mode there is a Media store on the ME1 PGMA and a BKG Color in key1 configured in luma but it dosen't work in any mode from self to DVE) 

    no matter i choose box or pattern I can force the mask invert it or whatever it dosen't work. the keyer is never masked...

    I followed the manual instructions but again it didn't solve the issue. I probably missed something but I can't figure what 

    Anybody got an idea?

    We have tested the Mask here and it is working.

    Have you made sure that the Mask Button is enabled?  You can setup the mask in the menu but you also can have the settings configured but the Mask still is Off.

    HI, 

    Thank you Les !

    It is a silly bug of mine...I got a TD2S panel so there are user buttons and the key patt was not assigned to the right touch...

    It works fine now ! 

    It is never the switcher fault but always the operator ! :p
