Just wondering if anyone is using an Ultrix Carbonite in an overdrive situation?

Can you turn a mini me into a program bus and if so how many keyers would it have?

    Thanks

    Kenny

You should be able to and you will only have 2 keys, dissolves, and cuts.

You can -- you would have 2 Keyers and the only transitions (outside of using a keyer for an animated transition) is going to be Cut and dissolve.

There is a 3ME mode in Ultrix Carbonite where you give up the MiniMEs and have the 3ME 6 Keyers... and you still have the UltraScene .. so you can have a single "ME like" crosspoint that has a background and 8 Keyer Layers ... or you can split them up in pairs to a max of 4 scenes with 2 Layers and a background each..
