  • 1.  Is the MicroSD Card upgradable?

    Just took delivery of an Ultrix Carbonite and so far I am loving it.  I assume the MicroSD card in the back is for the system drive, however it has me wondering if I can also use it as a secure media store.  I work at a University where students in our advanced classes will have to remove the USB drive to load up the graphics and backgrounds unique for their projects.  (We can't use FTP because our computers and the ultrix are on different subnets).  I would love to save all the "evergreen" media (like countdown, school logo, etc) on a secure drive that is not the USB which gets removed.  Can I use the MicroSD system drive for this purpose?  If so, how large of a MicroSD card can I put in there?  512GB drives are just over $100.

    The Micro SD is not a storage solution at this time...  Maybe one day in the future.

    It is possible to transfer the Media via the upload tab in DashBoard.  The TouchDrive panel would be on the same network or another DashBoard computer would also need to be on the same network to perform this.
