  • 1.  Ultrix Carbonite Tally from TSL Control System

    Hello,
    We are running an Ultrix Carbonite FR2.  I am trying to get my Carbonite tally info to follow my TM1-Tally Control system.  I have tried many protocols such as Rosstalk generic TSL etc. but stil didn't communicate. On the other hand we have just these protocols on tallyman ( Ross Carbonite, Ross Carbonite Black, Ross Carbonite Ultra, Ross Acuity). What am I missing here, can you please help me about that?

    Tallyman will send the TSL Tally protocol to the Carbonite switcher using TSL UMD v3.1 over TCP with those profiles I believe (you will need to confirm that with TSL)

    When setting up the Carbonite to receive the Tally Data you can configure it per input to receive the Just the Name, Just the Tally or Both. You also have to set which UMD ID that input is tracking.

    This should control the information.

    Also on the Status Page you will find here the TCP Ports the Carbonite is listening too.
