    Hello

    We have an Ultrix that has had three fans fail in the last few weeks. The system is only two years old. Has anyone had this experience?

    Adam, fan failure can be dependant on various environmental factors.  It would be best to open a ticket with support Techsupport@rossvideo.com so we can investigate further.  Their aren't any known issues with the Ultrix frame fans.
