We have an Ultrix-5ru router version 4.6.2. For a few days now we have been observing that in one of the video outputs (destinations), specifically number 15 of the board located in slot 7 of our matrix, when we send any video source with audio embedded in 1080i, we do not obtain a correct video signal when monitoring said output. On the other hand, the audio of that same signal is correct. We work with 1080i 50 signals, but the format that indicates the status of that output on the Dashboard is 740p 24?? (indicated by an arrow in the attached image), a format in which we do not work on this equipment.

      A restart of the Utrix matrix may also solve the problem derived from a specific and temporary failure in the Ultrix's software. Before doing this, we would like to know if something similar has happened to anyone in the community and if they have been able to solve it simply, for example, by temporarily disabling/enabling via Dashboard the board or slot that has the failure without having to restart the matrix. entire to avoid long wait times due to this general reset process.
