Dear Mike,
We are running the ULTRIX 6.4.1 Version on the HDX I/O cards. We have done the following test:
On the input 1, we have inserted a SDI Feed SOURCE with 4 Embedded Audios.
We have configured the one multiview and on Settings for Alarms we have set active the Video VIDEO LOS; Video FREEZE and on AUDIO we have set Audio LOS and Audio SILENCE.
Nevertheless we have noticed although the audio is running on Channel 1 & 2, the display on the Multiview is showing SILENCE. (Hysteresis = 10 sec)
First TEST : remove the SDI cable Status: VIDEO LOS AUDIO LOS on MVW
Second TEST : STILL FRAME on SDI cable No Audio Status: VIDEO FREEZE on MVW
Third TEST : SDI cable IN // AUDIO OFF on all CHANNEL Status: no AUDIO LOS showing on MVW
Fourth TEST: SDI cable IN // AUDIO 3+4 OFF Status: no AUDIO LOS showing on MVW
Fifth TEST: SDI cable IN // AUDIO 1+2 OFF Status: no AUDIO LOS showing on MVW
SDI Cable running audio 1 + 2 only Status: AUDIO SILENCE showing on MVW SEE Attachment

We have recently acquired a new ULTRIX FR12 and we are having an issue with the ALARM Setting. When the AUDIO LOS and Silence is set active, whenever a video is set to that INPUT without audio, it is not indicating SILENCE on the Alarm of the Multiviewer. Can anyone respond to this?
Audio LOS Reports an error when a loss of the specified audio channel occurs (On a FREEZE video it indicates AUDIO LOS and on removing the signal completely from the INPUT.)
Audio Silence Reports an error when this audio channel is set to silence (When set Active and there is no Audio..... No Alarm)
