We are developing a custom application to communicate with our Ultrix Router using the GVG Native Protocol.

I am trying to send the following command via Hercules 

01 4E 30 54 49 09 30 30 37 36 09 30 30 35 41 32 46 04

What I am trying to do is issue a TI command to route source 90 to destination 118. From what I read on this thread it appears to be formatted properly. What am i missing or doing wrong?

Your formatting looks right. But I think you are rouing Source 91 to Destination 119. 
GVG native is 0 based so input 90 to output 118 is actually 89 to 117

89 in HEX is 0059  which is 30 30 35 39 in ascii
117 in HEX is 0075 which is 30 30 37 35 in Asci 
01 4E 30 54 49 09 30 30 37 35 09 30 30 35 39.  check sum is 38  (33 38)
01 4E 30 54 49 09 30 30 37 35 09 30 30 35 39 33 38 04 should be the complete comand. 

Unfortunately I dont have a frame to test it on right now, but I think I am close.

I adjusted my code to account for the 0 based GVG native and created the same command you came up with, router did not switch and received N0TI0075005938 in Hercules. Not seeing anything in the logs.

GVG native is 0 based so input 90 to output 118 is actually 89 to 117

89 in HEX is 0059  which is 30 30 35 39 in ascii
117 in HEX is 0075 which is 30 30 37 35 in Asci 
01 4E 30 54 49 09 30 30 37 35 09 30 30 35 39.  check sum is 38  (33 38)

Oops the Checksum is wrong. 
it should be this. I tested it and it is workign on my system.

Yes that worked. 

Had to adjust the checksum routine in my php class and I can now route using the protocol. 

Now to finish the rest.

Thanks again for help on this. We now have completed our PHP class to control the router and online.

Yes that worked.
