Correct it loads the pixels in from Top Left. Then you would only be able to move within the raster. It is not loading or able to draw pixels outside of the raster.
if the image is larger then screen you will want to pull it out via FTP on a computer and then edit the image into the Raster Size and Position you would like.

the XY position can only be used on images that are smaller than the raster of the screen. If the image is screen size then there is no adjusting it with the those properties.

hello, so i have an image that is larger that 16/9 but trying to use the XY-position, so i can still use the center of the image but the values will not change. not sure why i can't change these, its clearly a setting that can be changed surely?
