  • 1.  Unable to connect to my 144x144 NK router from Dashboard

    Hi, Am facing an issue wherein am unable to connect to my 144X144 NK SDI router from my Dashboard software(ver 9.7) . am able to ping to the network interface of the router but not getting the config and other menu of the router  in Dashboard. please help on this sharing the screenshots. Thank you. There is an green indicator on the Device as online  in the side panel though

    Hi,

    You are running an NK-IPS control system to connect to your NK144 router. can you make sure that the Tbus connection from the IPS to the router is properly connected?

    Also did this work with previous versions of Dashboard and is now no longer working with version 9.7?

    Hi Mike,

    I have found the issue.  the issue was with the port of my unmanaged switcher to which i had my router and My PC connected. i have changed the ports and now the Dashboard is connecting to the Router . Thank you
