Hey,

I have a really small issue regarding a series of Custom Control I built with my Ross Carbonite.

I have made a series of commands that will capture a still from each of my different camera sources, program and preview feed into Media 2.

Each button works, the issue I have is if I need to turn off the frame, or if I recall any saved sets, I lose connection to each of the cameras, program, and preview feed, the events comes up as a UNKNOWN EVENT in the Custom Control editor, and I have to relink manual each source.

Has anyone expected that before?

Can you share what version of Frame you have and what version of software you are on?

You can find those in the Status menu via DashBoard.

Can you also share exactly the steps to making the Custom control?  Could you share the Edit CC event list in an image for when it is working and then again after you have loaded it and received the unknown events?

The Dashboard version is 9.10.1

The software version is 7.1.6.11331

The steps are simple.

The Command is the Capture sources for the camera camera source to Media 2

A 15fr pause

The Media 2 Capture type is set to capture and I put in a generic capture file name

It works fine, but if I have a power bump that turns off the frame, or if I recall the saved sets, the Capture Source comes up as unknown, and I have to relink, This is the only place that is causing me any issues.

I have attached pictures to show!

This issue looks to be resolved in Version 9.1 (possibly in version 9.0 but I am running v9.1)

After reboot or reload or show file the events are maintained.

are you referring your software version Version 9.1  to the dashboard software or frame? Our Dashboard is 9.10.1.

I took a picture of the software version for the frame status, is this the most update software version, 7.1.6.11331?
