I assume you are running Ross hardware, what version?
I had issues with drivers for the RAID when upgrading to Windows 10 on our V5 machine. Not sure if it was made easier or harder by us doing a fresh install of Windows 10 on an SSD separate from the RAID, but getting it working required letting windows fail to boot, turning the machine off, disconnecting the RAID card, booting up windows, getting the correct driver installed, turning the system off, and reconnecting the RAID card... Obviously can't do that if you are trying to upgrade Windows 10 on the RAID. Maybe you need to preemptively update the RAID driver before you start the Win10 install?

Hi,
I have done that, twice, but I will give it another go.
The issue is every time I try it, and it fails, my system is then of no use and I have to clone again from my original back up which would you believe takes me 2 days.
It looks like it is downloading updates before the install even tho I have told it not to.
If it fails again I will post images of what occurs this time.

Hi All,
Have an Xpression Studio running version 7.1 on Windows 7 and using a Mega Raid. I want to update the operating system to Windows 10.
How do you tell the computer to boot from the Windows 10 USB (proper bought one, not downloaded and made bootable) when it will only boot from the Mega Raid. The BIOS doesn't seem to let me change boot options.
Has anyone done this update and if so have any suggestions?
Thanks
Brad
