We are trying to bring in commercial spots to XPression but we seem to have an issue adjusting the duration on the Sequencer. For example, we have a 1 minute spot but when we upload it to the sequencer it shows it as a 30 second duration. We have seen that we can adjust the speed of the clip but that seems to alter the video quality and then we have to determine our countdown based on half speed. I know this is hard to explain without visuals but I hope this is understandable.

They are videos. We can bring them in as MPEGS or AVI.

Some detail about how you are putting the videos into Sequencer would help, especially how the clip drop template is made, or if you're dropping directly into Seq.

But things you could take a look at:

    • Does your active project match the framerate of the clips?
    • are you using a placeholder video material in the scene director?
    • Depending on template design (video placeholder), enable "Adjust Scene Director Length to Match Clip Length" (Material > Video Shader > Run Mode)
