    Posted 12-02-2024 11:42

We're facing a critical issue with our Carbonite switcher, and we need help ASAP!

    • All signals on the Multiview randomly start flickering out of nowhere.
    • The control panel disconnects completely, leaving us stranded.
    • The Dashboard doesn't show any changes in the frame status, adding to the confusion.

This happens unpredictably, and it's severely disrupting operations. Has anyone faced this before? Any guidance or quick fixes would be a lifesaver!

Please share your insights-we're in urgent need of solutions!

I had a similar thing happen to me just last week, multiview random flicker and then no output at all and control panel had disconnected...I thought my Carbonite had gone to god. Just as a thought, I took the top off the frame and just reseated all boards and cables... coz what could it hurt. And then I noticed that there was also a CR2032 battery inside. I replaced that, put the top back on, and my Carbonite is alive again. It has been running for 2 days now without an issue. So maybe that is all it needed. Obviously I will continue to test it for a few weeks before I consider using it for a job tho, coz just in case its a deeper issue.
