Video Servers & Replay Systems​

We had a person delete a show file that was recorded on the Mira. Can you recover deleted files on the system? Any ghost or backup files to recover?

Hi Eric,
I am afraid that it is unlikely to be good news. If the 'delete' was done in Windows Explorer and it was a small file, then there is a chance that it is in the 'Recycle Bin'. However, if it was done on the Mira Explorer and/or it was a large file then I am afraid that there is no backup/recovery file for it.
