  • 1.  USB reading folders but not files

    Hi, I copy files to the usb on my switcher via ftp. On the switcher, in media manager I am able to see the folder but not the stills inside it. The only solution to have the switcher read the files is rebooting the entire system. Is there a reason why this is happening? Or is there a workaround to view the files instead of rebooting the entire system?

    Can you add a screen shot of the status page in dashboard?  That will show us the Frame Type and Software Version.  We can then have a look at it.
