Hello all, Trying to encode videos using Video Coder - works great if video has no audio but hangs (at various stages of completion depending on the video) if audio is attached to file.  If I change the audio source from VIDEO (FILL) to NONE, no more problem. 

Any idea why this could be happening? We had issues recently due to lack of RAM and disk space, but I really think this is an issue with how the files coming to me from the design team are outputted.

Hi Sonja.
Important, the sound in the video must be 48 kHz and 16 bits per channel, stereo.
Can you check the sound in the video file?
