Hi Shamil,
I can confirm that you can send RossTalk commands from a Visual Basic Windows Form App. Standard RossTalk (not RossTalkEx) messages are ASCII strings terminated by a carriage return and line feed. There is no technical limitation that would prevent a Python or Visual Basic application from sending those messages to any RossTalk receiver. However please note that most RossTalk clients will close the connection after sending one (or several) RossTalk messages to avoid monopolizing the connection in cases where the server can only accept one client connection at a time.
I hope this helps.
Best Regards,

Hi, there.
This might be silly question.
We do use DashBoard Custom Panels to control out Carbonite Ultra , Black and Black+ switcher by using RossTalk protocol.
I was wondering is that possible to send RossTalk commands from Visual Basic Window Forms App(.exe) to switchers?
Thanks in advance.
