Hello, 

I am trying to see if I can use visual logic to adjust the position of this object (#) based on if I am using a single digit or double digit number so that it isn't getting covered up when there are two digits.

You could use that kind of Visual logic :
first, you ask String Length to see if you have either 1 or 2 numbers, then Input Selector will set the position of your Hashtag depending on that
