Interesting logs...is this a MOS driven environment? It looks like Mosart is creating the take items (the W\ command) with data and then recalling them. I don't see any indication of there being any MOS workflow.
Can you point me towards the GWID 0 in the logs?
I assume the full screen crash you are referring to must be the M\ commands?

Unlike Chyron and VizRT, XPression is a project based CG, not a file template based CG. An M\ command is NOT used to load the template before triggering it. A single XPression project can contain a (nearly) unlimited number of templates. The M command in XPression is really only used to load the project ONCE - it shouldn't be sent repeatedly. The M/ command in XPression requires a full valid path on disk to load the project - Ex. D:\Projects\News\Evening.xpf
The XPression CII Gateway application actually includes a setting to "Ignore M commands" to stop systems from constantly trying to load projects (because those systems are treating XPression like a file template based CG).
Regarding the disconnects. Just judging by the logs, it looks like Mosart is initiating the connects and disconnects, and usually doing it gracefully. Are you actually missing/losing commands between Mosart and XPression? Its hard to give much advice on this issue. The CII Gateway is just a TCP Server waiting for a client to connect. If the client initiates connections and disconnections gracefully (which this appear to be) then any issue is probably on the client or network side.

Unless Mosart is sending some crazy data/formatting over CII, its unlikely that is causing the crash when using the full screen graphic. Does XPression crash when triggering the full screen graphic without Mosart/CII?
Can you give some more details on what you mean by a GWID of 0 from Mosart? Can you provide logs from the CII Gateway?
Mosart disconnecting could be many things - the CII Gateway logs may show what is going on, but more likely that is a network or Mosart issue.

I'm having some problems regarding Mosart/XPression.
Can't load fullscreen graphic without XPression crashing (Mosart generate a GWID 0) and also the Mosart disconnects during the day.

There are about a dozen sites controlling XPression with Mosart automation.
Mosart controls XPression using the CII protocol, it requires the CII Gateway license for each XPression Engine under Mosart control.
Production automation requires a MOS workflow as well. Technically it could be done without MOS, but I'm not aware of any Mosart+XPression sites not using MOS.
