    All of a sudden I have found myself unable to patch across the ultrix on a source- destination I have rpefvious used. Nothing appears to be protected or locked

    Hi Robin,

    This is posted in the Production Switcher section.  The only thing I can think of is somehow something is trying to route to levels that don't exist on the destination.

    I would suggest opening a ticket with Support so that they can work with you directly and get logs.  They might also have seen this and how it can be resolved quicker than I.

    HI,

    I don't know if it could but I already get this error, once it was because of levels as mentionned by Les, once it was after an upgrade because the ultrimix option allowing audio shuffling (in the licences section of the ultrix) was disabled.

    I've rebooted Ultrix and it's cleared the error...will run the logs past the help desk. Thanks all
