  • 1.  Why are Touchdrive Preview Buttons White or Green?

    Hi all.

    To add to this question:

Why are Touchdrive Preview Buttons White or Green?

We have a Touchdrive  3 ME pannel attached to a Carbonite frame.

The 4 server channel buttons NORMAL as white but  when pushed they go green( on preview).

As noted in the discussion. When  I push the server buttons the pannel display shows GPI info/trigger.(only the 4 server channel buttons)

Is there a way to NOT have them go green?? And stay white.

Those Sources are linked to a Device -- in this case that device sounds like it is a GPO trigger that is controlling the video servers via the Roll Clip function tied to a GPO.

They go Green because the Menu system on the panel is changing to that sources "menu" and the Green signifies that association.  There is no way to stop that.  press the dissolve button or the wipe button.. you will see the menu change and those buttons will be green while the menu is on that function.
