    I'm going to make Transition1 transition to transition effect using rostalk when B image is played after A image on XPN.

    What I want is for the black parts of the transition video source used in Transition1 to show video B, and for the white parts to show video A.

    However, when I tried this, only the black parts had alpha applied and only video B was visible.

    Is there any way to make the white parts show video A?

    The video source used in Transition1 is created as a single scene and "Alpha" was not selected in "Color Channel Output."

    I'd appreciate it if you could check it and give us any advice on this matter.

    I think you need to show some visuals to help people understand what you are doing, you're more likely to get answers then.

    Although I haven't used Rosstalk yet and I'm not perfect at it, what I want to do is to apply a transition effect using Transition1 when switching from Scene A to Scene B, as seen in the video.

    However, I want Scene B to appear with the transition effect applied on top of Scene A, which is still visible.

    Is it possible to do this? If so, could you give me some advice?

    I understand, you'll need to make the black bit transparent if you want to do what you want. 

    You can use alpha in the way you want within 1 scene using alpha mask but between scenes you'll need transparency.
