Hey Richard,
You also have the ability to split your clips automatically in INcoder, so you could cut that clip in half and then have 2 quads in Tessera if you wanted it to be 1:1.

With XPression Tessera, we can definitely play sizes that large, though you will hit the NVIDIA limitation of ~16,000 pixels on one dimension size.
There are a couple of ways you can get around this, easiest being, split the graphic into two sections within the same scene in Tessera. I've also worked with people who shrink their content just a bit (16000/19000 is 85% scaled down, so not super crazy), then rely on XPression to expand it back out.
