  • 1.  XPression GPU usage to 0% and CPU became 100%

    Hi All,

    Does anyone have seen this problem before, that when the XPression running, the GPU usage suddenly down to 0% while the CPU comes to 100%. This could make the video output freeze for a few seconds. See the picture below:

    The XP version is 10.5 and system is windows 11. I have tried re-install the windows os and XPression software, but the problem will still happen after few minutes.

    Could someone give some advice? Thanks.

    Hello,

    Usually CPU spikes are related heavy load in terms of video clip decode, but without additional logs from the system it is impossible to know for sure.

    I suggest opening a tech support ticket with Ross Technical support so the logs from the system can be uploaded and examined.
