Nevermind, upon further inspection the problem was coming from After Effects during the render.

I'm not aware of any limitations other than files can't be more than 16,000 x 16,000. I think the smallest dimension I've used would be 200x960 probably.
What is the input dimensions and the output dimensions of the file?
What is the file type and codec of the file you are converting? Ex. .MOV Quicktime Animation)
What is the version and build of Video Coder you are using? Ex. 10.5 build 5552

Does Xpression Video Coder have a minimum dimensions it can convert to? I am trying to convert an animated lower third background, but it is padding the output to al larger size. I want it the exact size if possible because I am auto scaling it behind the text. With the padding on the animation, as I type text it scales it disproportionately.
