I'm working in XPression 10.5 and running into an issue with a Virtual Output. It works properly for the first couple of taps on a TakeID, but after a while it stops functioning. When this happens, the scene preview also fails, showing only a blank black box.
I haven't been able to pinpoint the exact root cause, but it often seems to coincide with adjustments to DataLinq connections. Sometimes the problem occurs when updating the connection itself in DataLinq, and other times when updating the data source (such as an Excel file or XML). Back on Windows 10, this behavior was triggered frequently after DataLinq changes. Since upgrading the machine to Windows 11, the issue now happens more unpredictably, sometimes after several minutes of inactivity, other times after DataLinq changes, or even just when adjusting variables within a scene.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggested fixes? We're due for a software upgrade soon, and I'm not sure if moving to the latest version would resolve the problem.
