Carbonite configuration MiniME 29.97

Hi,
Carbonite Multimedia, 15.04.18626.
6 Canon C200 cameras SDI connected.

We’ve changed over from Hitachi HD cameras to Canon C200 cameras. We are currently running MiniME at 1080i 59.94.
I tried to change the switcher mode to MiniME 25/29.97.
After the switcher reboots, all the inputs are double frame - Image is doubled up in each window.
Additionally I’ve lost frame sync options for some inputs under the input configuration
Tried internal reference and external reference - AJA Gen 10 sync generator.
Cameras are set to 29.97, they don’t have genlock inputs.
All inputs are coming in through AJA Kumo 64x64 with genlock - tried disconnecting the genlock into the Kumo.
Haven’t tried bypassing the KUMO yet.

What am I missing?

This sounds like a Level B kind of thing where you see the Image twice … Are you sure that the output is p and not pSF from the Cameras?

Yes, that was it. In the Canon fine print, it says 29.97 is PsF.
What are my options?

Should be available in the same mode as what you were using for 1080i

It turns out that the Canon C200 - in the latest firmware update - added an option to output Level A or Level B,
P or PsF. It’s not documented in the Canon manual, it’s in the firmware notes.
