What is the process for getting the software enabled for the additional Multi-Viewers.
We have purchased them with our new Ultra, but they are not currently enabled.

I would submit a Ticket with the Request Code that you can copy out of DashBoard for that option code.
They can then use that to generate the authorization code that they can return to you… feel free to also call them to follow up but that might be the best way to ensure that they issue the correct number 
Maybe also include the Serial number from the Status page.
