Hello. I am trying to login to the GUI interface for the MultiUser option on one of our Carbonites. I can access the login page but when I type in the admin user name (admin) and password (admin) I get login password as incorrect. To eliminate a possibility that someone has changed the default admin password I would like to reset it to its default state. When I reset the mixer to its factory default setting does it also reset the admin password? And if not, how do I reset the admin password to its original setting? Thankyou.

The v6.1 manual I have says [QUOTE]3. Enter the user name and password for the MultiUser GUI.
The default User Name is admin and Password is admin.

Yes that was noted and the online download has been updated to represent that. Sorry about the confusion.
