we are running old version 11 of Inception , we would like to know if in the last version , does the total time for slug updates automatically base on the real clip duration time from MOS device video server?

The total time actually operates independently of the MOS Duration.
It references the estimated time (presenter text) and the media time column to come up with the total time.
In version 11 of Inception the media time must be manually updated in the media time column.
In later versions of Inception we added a media time production cue that can be put directly into the script. It will reflect the TRT of the story by automatically displaying it in the media time column.
The duration of the video clip can be seen in the “MOS Duration” column.

The news director assume a media time of 1 minute for slug, for some reason on post-production , the clip duration is longer because they include additional important information in the last moment for the story so de real time on the clip is 1 minute 30 sec, how the system update the total time…
